What we keep, and why.

Summary
We collect what a game needs to work. We don't sell anything to anyone. You can delete your account and everything attached to it from inside the app, in two taps, at any time.
Who we are
FounderPanda is an independent software studio. This policy covers our website and the apps and games we publish, including Kelime Tahmin. Questions go to support@founderpanda.com.
What we collect
The name you choose
When you start playing you type a display name. That name is stored, shown to other players next to your results, and used to generate a username for your profile address. It's the only thing we require.
Email address and password — only if you add them
Adding an email address and a password is optional. It exists so you can sign in on a second device and so your progress survives losing your phone. If you never add one, we never have one. Passwords are stored in a hashed form and cannot be read by us.
What you do in the game
Matches played, guesses made, scores, experience, league position, badges and friend connections. This is the game itself — without it there's nothing to come back to.
Device identifiers
If you turn on notifications, we store the identifier your phone's notification service gives us so we can send them. Advertising identifiers are handled by Google as described below.
Approximate technical data
Our servers record the IP address a request came from. We use it to limit how many accounts can be created from one connection and to stop abuse. We don't build location profiles from it.
What we don't collect
No contacts, no photos, no files, no precise location, no microphone recordings, and nothing about other apps on your device. Voice input, where a game offers it, is handled by your phone's own system and never reaches us as audio.
Why we collect it
- To run the game — matches, rankings, friends, profiles.
- To manage your account — signing in, moving progress between devices.
- To send notifications — only the kinds you've left switched on.
- To show ads — our free games are paid for by advertising.
- To keep things civil — display names are screened automatically before they appear.
- To understand usage — aggregate counts, such as how many people played today. These are totals, not profiles.
Advertising
Our free games show ads served by Google AdMob. Google receives your device's advertising identifier and technical information about the request in order to select and measure ads. Google's use of that data is covered by its own privacy policy, and you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time.
Name screening
Display names are checked before they become visible to other players, first against a word list we maintain and then, where that's inconclusive, by an automated language service. Only the name itself is sent — never your account, your email or anything you've played.
Who else sees your data
We don't sell personal data and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing. A small number of service providers process data on our behalf so the product can function:
- Our hosting provider, which runs the servers and the database.
- Google, for delivering notifications and serving ads.
- An automated language service, used only for screening display names.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Aggregate counts, which contain no personal information, are kept indefinitely. Notification records are cleared automatically after 30 days.
Deleting your account
In the game: Profile → Edit → Danger zone → Delete my account. You'll confirm once, and it happens immediately.
From the web, without signing in: the account deletion page is linked in the footer of each of our games. For Kelime Tahmin it's at kelimetahmin.com/hesap-silme.
When an account is deleted we remove your email address, password, avatar and profile, and your sessions stop working straight away. Matches you played against other people remain in their history, where you appear as a deleted player with no link back to any profile — otherwise deleting your account would damage other people's records.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@founderpanda.com with Legal in the subject line and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our games are intended for players aged 13 and over and are not directed at younger children. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, write to us and we'll remove it.
Security
All traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. No system is perfect, and if a breach ever affects your data we'll tell you what happened rather than issue a statement about how seriously we take security.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Changes that affect what we collect or who receives it will also be announced inside the app.
