Press
Screenshots, logos and a short studio description are available on request. Write to the address above and mention what you're working on.
Support
No ticket system, no chatbot. Write to us and someone who worked on the game writes back.
Bug reports, account trouble, business questions and press — all of it comes to the same inbox. We reply to most messages within two working days.
Reporting a bug
You don't need to write a report. But if you can include these, we can usually reproduce the problem on the first try instead of the fifth.
Common questions
An account without an email address only exists on the device that created it. If you added an email and a password under Verify your profile, sign in with those and everything comes back. If you never added one, write to us with your display name and roughly when you played, and we'll see what we can find.
Inside the game: Profile, then Edit, then the Danger zone at the bottom. You'll be asked to confirm, and the deletion is immediate and permanent. You can also request deletion from the web without signing in — the link is in the footer of kelimetahmin.com.
Yes, but only once your profile is verified. Add an email address and a password inside the game, then sign in with those anywhere. Without them the account stays on one device.
Send us the name and we'll look at it. New names are checked automatically before they appear, but the filter isn't perfect and reports from players are how we find the ones it misses.
Yes. Kelime Tahmin was built so the language can be swapped out, and an English edition is in preparation. Email us if you'd like to know when it's ready.
Not right now. We're a small team and expect to stay that way for a while. If you'd like to work together on something specific, write to us anyway.

Partnerships, localisation, advertising and licensing enquiries reach the same inbox. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll answer honestly, including when the answer is no.
For privacy requests, data access or takedown notices, write with the word Legal in the subject line so it doesn't sit behind the bug reports.
